What is Art with Heart?
We’re a non-profit (public charity) with federal tax-exempt status under I.R.C. 501(c)(3), tax ID # 16-1633279. Our mission is to spread the healing power of creative expression to kids facing trauma or adversity.

What forms of payment do you take?
We take most major credit cards as well as purchase orders.

If you are paying via an invoice or PO please note the PO number in the notes section of your order on the cart page. Please send all POs to orders@artwithheart.org and we will process them for you, or attach them to your existing order. Please note we are unable to ship orders that pay via invoice/PO until we have received a copy of the document.

What is the return policy?
At this time, Art with Heart does not allow for refunds or exchanges. Please notify orders@artwithheart.org or our customer service at (206) 362-4047 if there are any issues with your order.

What are the domestic shipping options?
USPS first class package – Orders less than 1 lb. Arrives in 1 to 3 days.
USPS media mail – Orders less than 70 lbs. Arrives in 2 to 10 days. Tends to be slower than UPS. UPS – All other orders. Arrives in 4 to 7 business days.*

*We’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes due to UPS policies.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
We ship via USPS international mail, taxes, duties, and other fees vary. Customs charged upon delivery are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact orders@artwithheart.org with questions.

When will I receive my order?

What do I do if I never received my order?
To check the status of a order, please refer to the shipment email with the tracking number that is sent when all orders are shipped. If there are any issues, please contact us within 90 days from the date of a shipment notification at orders@artwithheart.org and provide as much information as can be provided by the tracking number and situation.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact orders@artwithheart.org and we’ll do our best to make corrections to your order
