Swedish patient shows off his art made during the Art Buddy program

For the past two years, Art with Heart has enjoyed a wonderful partnership with Swedish Medical Center through our Art Buddy Training and volunteer opportunities.  This amazing program has trained over 80 volunteers on healing and creativity.   Those that went on to be Art Buddies have helped over 800 children.

The two year pilot has allowed us to fine tune the program, ensuring that it can stand on its own. Beginning this spring Art with Heart will be handing the reins over to Swedish who will continue to train Art Buddy volunteers.
